2. Scope of this notice
This information notice covers only the personal data processed through this website — via the contact form, the sample and demo request form, and cookies. The company’s other data processing activities arising from employees, suppliers, distributors and commercial contracts are outside the scope of this notice.

No health data or other special categories of personal data are collected on the site. Please do not enter such information in the form fields.
4. Method of collection
Data is collected electronically, by automated means, when you fill in and submit the forms on the site. Filling in the forms is not mandatory; you can also reach us directly by phone or email.
5. Who your data is transferred to
Your form data is stored on the servers of the hosting and infrastructure providers we use. Other than that, your personal data is not shared with third parties, and it is not sold or rented for marketing purposes. It is shared only upon request by legally authorized public institutions and organizations, to the extent required by law.
6. Retention period
After your request has been concluded, your data is retained for the statutory limitation periods under the applicable legislation if it leads to a commercial relationship; otherwise it is retained for a maximum of 2 years, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
7. Cookies
The cookies and third-party embedded content used on the site are explained in detail on the Cookie Policy page. Non-essential cookies are only activated with your explicit consent.
8. Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information if it has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose
- To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data has been transferred
- To request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
- To request its deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the Law
- To request that the correction, deletion and destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred
- To object to a result against you arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems
- To claim compensation for damages if you suffer loss due to unlawful processing
